باسلام من 10روز تمرینات انجام میدم ولی فک کنم لاغر شده پایین تنم قد 166وزن74 هست. میخام پایین تنم چاق شه خانم هستم چن سال هم قرص هیمالیا خوردم خیلی لاغر بودم

سلام من میخوام از برنامه استفاده کنم. ران های نسبتا پری دارم و میخوام ران هام لاغر بشه. این برنامه میتونه در لاغر شدن ران ها و پاهام کمکم کنه؟
