One of the ways to learn a foreign language is to watch movies produced in that language. ABCD Player is a video player software that is specially designed for language learning to increase the speed of learning. Among the special features of this program:

• Farsi and English subtitles for more than 3000 movies and series
  
• View Persian and English subtitles at the same time
• Text-to-speech conversion engine to better understand the pronunciation of subtitle sentences
  
• Online and fast translation of the word or phrase selected from the subtitle by clicking or dragging on the words to select several words at the same time
  
• The ability to display two subtitles at the same time to display the original language subtitle (E.g. English) and the local language subtitle (E.g. Persian)
  

The player buttons have been changed according to the needs of the learner, including:

• Forward and backward buttons for subtitles to go to the previous and next sentence
  
• Button to play the video related to the currently playing sentence to hear the sentence again
