Surah Rum is the 30th surah and one of the Meccan surahs of the Quran, which is located in the 21st chapter. The reason for naming this surah as "Rum" was in predicting the defeat of the Romans against the Iranians and the defeat of the Iranians against the Romans in the near future. The word Rum is used at the beginning of this sura after the broken letters. Surah Rum talks about the promise of divine help and the worldly and personal journey, and it explains part of the legislative and developmental laws such as the issue of marriage, kindness and innate mercy between humans, arresting the needy and prohibiting usury. One of the famous verses of this surah is the verse of nature, which deals with the divine nature and the type of creation of humans, and considers human inclination towards God and religion as natural and arising from within. In the reward of deeds quoted by Imam Sadiq (AS), the reward of reciting Surah Rum and Ankabut on the night of the 23rd of Ramadan is heaven, and then the Imam said: I am sure that these two surahs have a great place in the eyes of God.
