Please pray. Surah Furqan is the twenty-fifth surah and one of the Meccan surahs of the Qur'an, which is placed in the eighteenth and nineteenth chapters of the Qur'an. Furqan means separating right from wrong. This surah emphasizes the topics of monotheism, resurrection, prophecy and fighting against idolatry, and in its final verses, the characteristics of true believers are mentioned. Its 60th verse, prostration is recommended, and its famous verses are verse 30 (Desolation of the Qur'an), 53 (Separation of the salty and sweet sea) and 59 (Creation of the world in six days). One of the important parts of this surah is the explanation of the attributes of Abad al-Rahman, who are God's special servants. Regarding the virtue of reciting this Surah, the Prophet (PBUH) has been quoted as saying that whoever recites Surah Farqan, on the Day of Resurrection, he will be sent as a messenger, while he believes in the coming of the Resurrection and has no doubt that those who are in the grave will be sent as messengers.
