Surah Mulk or Surah Tabarak is the sixty-seventh surah and one of the Meccan surahs of the Qur'an, which is located in the 29th chapter. The naming of this surah as "Molk" and "Tabarak" is due to the presence of these two words in its first verse. The main purpose of Surah Malik is to express the generality of God's Lordship for the whole world and to warn of the Resurrection. This surah begins with the praise of God about His sovereignty and absolute power, and in the second verse, he mentions creation, death, and life in the direction of divine testing and choosing the righteous. The first and second verses of this surah are considered to be the famous verses of Surah Malik. In the virtue of reciting this surah, it is stated that whoever recites Surah Malik at night, he will have a reward like reviving the night of Qadr.
