Book interpretation of prayer Worship is the purpose of our creation. The Qur'an says: "And why were the jinn and human beings created except for worshipers" (1) If the things we do are for God's pleasure, it is worship. Even if it is like doing business, studying science, marriage or serving people, to meet the needs of oneself or the society. What makes a thing worship is that it is done with a holy motive and according to the interpretation of the Qur'an, it has the color of God "the color of God" (2).
